Another hot and uncomfortable day.  Spent some time in Ortakoy this afternoon, souvenir gift hunting for friends.  Then bus back to meet Jeffrey and Esra at Bizim Tepe for drinks, meal and proper catch up.  Not long before leaving nearly  three hours later, Cenk (my current neighbour) joined us,  so drove me home - hilarious - it's only a five minute walk!  

Spent the evening doing all those things you do before leaving - back to Akbuk tomorrow after a wonderful, if rather too hot, 17 days in Istanbul.
