Surprise Gift

Thank you for the response to yesterday’s blip. Will try to get round to thanking everyone.

Day two of urban orienteering. So much better than yesterday’s weather. Went for an early run round Harrogate. Some quizzical looks from the queue outside Betty’s as I ran past!  Even ran through part of the Valley Gardens. A really technical and interesting course with the finish at Harrogate ladies College.

Didn’t hang about to take any photos as son Matthew and Mary were popping round to say hello. Mary has just got a new job delivering urgent care in the community to take the pressure off Doctors. It will mean an end to shifts and weekend working so they are looking forward to spending more time together.

I was delighted to receive this Boxing Hares Vase. Just need to find some flowers to put into it.
