Japanese Pizza

My okonomiyaki (japanese pizza or pancake) being made by the chef.

At okonomiyaki restaurant you sit around an iron hotplate armed with a spatula and chopsticks to cook your choice of meat, seafood and vegetable in a cabbage and vegetable batter. At some places you are given the ingredients and cook yourself (which is more fun), other places have a chef who makes it for you.
