It's a bad picture, but....
I stopped this morning when I saw these two wander out onto the road. I was far enough away not to startle them, and I tried to get a couple of shots by zooming on my phone which is never the best idea quality wise.
Anyhoo, when I turned round after snapping them, I saw the arse end of a bear disappearing into the bush not 20 yards behind me.
Part of the rest of the day in sheer frustration.
What is it with companies that customer service portals are designed to get people to hang up in frustration and do anything else but provide customer service.? With one airline I tried, there was simply no way of speaking to an actual person unless I wanted to buy a plane ticket. Everything else, including queries, led to one or more of the following.
Press 1... because you're here
Press 2... a very pleasant lady voice intones "most queries are easily solved on our website at http:// we'rejustmessingwithyou.com . (There now follows a 10 minute dissertation on how many things can be found on the website, none of which have any effn relevance to your actual issue.)
Press 3... If you would like to hear 1 through 3 again.(But I'm already on 3)
Press 4....just to make you think we' know what we're doing.
Press 5... and be immediately disconnected.
.
No, I never did manage to get my issue resolved, (or even speak to anyone about it)
Ah well...
