Hungry

An adult male was showing the youngster a bird table and left him to it. The young bird flew into the birch tree and started shouting, after a few minutes it dropped back down and started to eat on its own.

I had a happy few hours spent in the kitchen preparing food for tomorrow at the same time listening to John unscrewing old boards from the verandah. Most of it is up.

Extra show a Common Red Soldier Beetle on what I think is an Aster? There appeared to be 5-6 on there.
