She’s worried about Si and I lack off activity (despite dragging us round Frankfurt last weekend). So tonight she also dragged us out on a walk.

It really wasn’t so far but bloody hell my wonky knee was giving me jip. I was so glad for a bench when we got to the beach.

Two benches on and I asked them to walk on and leave me to walk at my own pace so that I didn’t over extend my knee. We argued back and forth.

Eventually they set off and I began my toddle up the road. They were in my sights til the railway bridge
