Where is Noah??

We need an ark!! We got over 6.5 inches of rain in a span of about 6 hours or less. Not to mention the 3-4 inches we got yesterday! Our house/property is fine but this was our road this morning. The town flooded..one older friend’s house flooded and she fell and broke her ankle. Town was roped off until the waters cleared the roads. One complex for the elderly had to be evacuated. There is an extra of our road.
