Lovely flowers from CT, a former colleague, who came up today for a visit. 

It had been a while (too long) since we last meet and it was so nice to chat and catch up properly with each other's news. 

We first met nearly 30 ago when she joined the place I was working and we shared an office together. 

Cake was also brought (and eaten) but we also managed a swim in Loch Faskally before lunch and a walk in the Black Spout Wood after. A really lovely day.
