I had an appointment with the consultant who did my knee replacement today. I asked to see him as it feels my progress is very slow (despite my long walk yesterday) and I wanted to check nothing was wrong with my new knee. He was reassuring although no magic wand sadly and the rather worrying news that some people end up worse than they were before the op. Am hoping I’m not going to be one of those. Time will tell I guess, in the meantime more patience is needed! I spotted this tile on the way into the hospital. Have not seen it before despite having several visits to the hospital.
