Olive oil Museum

The locals are lovely. In addition to visiting the museum, we went to see a local family  who make olive oil from their home. It was all quiet because they only make oil from October to December, but the lady was preparing vegetables in the garden and she beckoned us over, gave us olive oil and bread to taste and then gave us a little tour of the equipment they use. They use modern equipment.  We were able to buy some oil from her too.
