Excellent Read!

A brief respite today while the girls were out at the shop allowed me to snatch a moment of sitting in the sun and reading an actual book. What an excellent chapter title. It's Chris Hoy's book and is absolutely fantastic!

My wee legs are tired today and really, really, really looking forward to my rest day tomorrow.
