Eagles & Dragons

Multiple eagles were in the air hunting the river for food this morning, often times in pairs. We wondered if juveniles were practicing their skills under the watchful eye of a parent. Even an osprey perched near the top of a tree across from where we were standing • Before heading home we stopped near cobbosseecontee stream looking for more Eastern Kingbirds. Not only did we find them again, there were also cedar waxwings, robins, and this dragonfly, a male halloween pennant • A mixture of clouds, sprinkles and sun today, and very humid • Hope you’ve enjoyed a peaceful and joyful day too :)
