Seeking shelter from the storm

I was never going to go far for a blip today. The clouds are having such a lovely party over head, singing and drinking too much and clearly unable to hold their water... It is pissistently raining...

Out in the garden, this tiny female speckled bush cricket is desperately trying to find somewhere dry to wait out the downpour. The twisted Hazel is a forest of winding raindrop covered treachery, where a poorly placed claw will have you slipping through the greenery.

Only two weeks to go before Druid Camp 2023! Surely there won't be any rain left by then... Mind you... West Wales... Ah well. Just finessing the cafe menu. Crickets will not be on the menu, well, not intentionally.
