Looking Cool …

… up on the Alp de Chaux early this morning but this is not a lake for swimming in.  Apparently there are leeches in it! We found this out a couple of years ago when David mentioned to a local that he had had a swim in it … no more. A shame as it is currently 32 degrees this afternoon and it would be lovely to be in a mountain lake. The Gouille is too packed for me now. 
Knee appointment this morning, MRI tomorrow morning, and then fingers crossed the doctor will come up with a magic solution before he goes on holiday at the end of next week. He agrees that keeping going is better than doing nothing so that’s a relief. 
The solar panels project continues to occupy our time, the panels arrived this afternoon and David is currently calculating the amount of concrete needed for the supports.
