Black Cloud
Little Old Black-cloud,
Sneaking its way back.
Trying to cover up,
The big storm's track.
Filling the sky,
And covering the blue.
Stripped at the edges,
Where the sun comes through.
And after comes a rain-bow,
With its radiant glow.
Stretching in an arch-way,
Where brilliant colors show.
Where the green and verdant valley,
Reaches far and out below.
For a trace of some enrichment,
To flourish it and grow.
So the little black cloud,
Made a glorious display.
It dropped out its moisture,
Then went on its way.
