Canal Life

Met up with A and R for a run, in the end we ran the 7miles 'Over the Hills' route, which as the name suggests was a little hilly, although some what less wet, muddy, cold and snowy than the last time we did the route on race day!

After our exertions, well we needed to refuel as every athlete does so stopped for a spot of lunch in the sunshine by the canal at Bradford Upon Avon, lovely.
