Parkrun Volunteering

Did my bit today and gave a bit back by volunterring at parkrun. My job as a marshall was to provide encouragement, by cheering and clapping and make sure that no pedestrians in the park got run over!

This week one of the local Olympic Flame runners came along to get things started.

Then I was off riding, Scooby was very well behaved today and we had a lovely ride around the woods with B and Tinker.

And now to relax and get an early night before my triathlon tomorrow.
