Our yearly visit
Not a great photo but I wanted to record our yearly visit from the red squirrel. It always appears around this time of year and I’m hoping it will come back. The birds had been making a lot of noise outside and then Mike spotted the squirrel on the arbour. It stayed for a short while and then disappeared into the trees.
The next batch of baby robins have appeared and a family of three baby goldfinches dogs it was lovely to watch them being fed with the quickly depleting sunflower hearts.
More tall ships heading down the Firth. There’s a Tall ship event in Shetland at the end of the month , would love to see that :)
