Mended wrist friends

A series of walks ,called Taste walks , have been compiled to encourage people to walk out and about in the Ribble Valley. A circular walk from a pub . We did one today , walking on the flanks of Pendle , and then had a delicious lunch , chewing the fat !
It’s a safe space for the three of us to unburden as well as enjoy plenty of laughter .
Yesterday was an emotional day as it was my cousin Rachel’s funeral . She lived every minute to the full and facilitated so many others to do the same , she simply refused to quit!
Circumstances have meant that we have seen a lot more of her over the last 12 months and for that I feel very grateful.
