The Enchanted Garden (Airlie)

I've visited this garden many times, but not in the heat and humidity of summer. We started out to just see the butterfly house (Extra) and one thing led to another which it does. There are volunteers who drive a tram around and most are a wealth of knowledge about the Garden, picking up and dropping off wherever you want to go or doing a complete tour. Na'iema and I were glad to get a little tour of the pond and "bottle house", the unknown grave and we were lucky enough to see the mama duck with her 4 little ones. The driver's granddaughter happened to be with her on this day, she was 10 and N loved having Maxine show her around (also in Extras). The car AC felt so good - after, we went to the Trolley Stop for a hot dog and lemonade, grocery shopping and home to relax.
