Movement

I saw an interesting creature on the flowers of the false spirea in the garden, so grabbed my camera and took a few photos. The extra is the penultimate shot, immediately after which it flew. The main image is as it took off - it is either an awful image which should be binned, or an accidental abstract which should be uploaded for abstract Thursday. I really like it, so here it is. I could crop the end of the flower spike out, but I like the context.

The creature is the appropriately named black-and-yellow longhorn beetle.
