Rainy day

Had a bit of a lie-in as the forecast didn't require an early morning dog walk to beat the heat.  So had breakfast before our walk.  

On return got out in the  garden to plant the plants delivered yesterday.   It started to rain lightly but I carried on until I had planted the four plants.

Made a chocolate and banana loaf as the bananas were ripe.  Rain was in earnest this afternoon so stayed in catching up on some reading.  It's been raining on and off since noon.  It's now after 8 and it's still raining.
