Thank you

Thank you everyone for your kind words on the passing of Murray.  
He had chronic kidney disease and laryngeal paralysis both severely undermined his muscles particularly in his back legs.  Horrible diseases.  On Friday he couldn't get up off the floor.  Even trying to lift him his back legs had not enough sensation to stand up.  He had had enough. 
I'm not in a good place to talk to anyone about it and have messaged those who knew and enjoyed meeting him.  
The funny thing was that many men, particularly those one wouldn't expect to be so demonstrative whom he encountered on our walks would kiss him!  Even those on first encounter.  

Tomorrow OH and I are going to Welney Wildlife and Wetlands Trust.  It's a place I go in times of sadness, to be still and gain solace in nature.
