Ashby Pride

We had a good run home from Solihull today…no holdups on the motorways. 

We stopped in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a break, unfortunately the nice little coffee shop that we found last time had gone, so we had to find another! It seemed that most of the shops in the Main Street, were decked out in rainbow colours…I really liked these fancy balls which were outside a couple of the pubs.

A quick ‘Google’ revealed that last Saturday, 1st July, was the first ever Ashby Pride parade and festival…. :-)
