Rain Stopped Play

Today we said goodbye to my Aunty M…sadly the last of aunts and uncles on my father’s side of the family.

As with all these days, mixed emotions…sadness at the departing of another family member, and pleasure seeing long lost relatives once again.

Church, followed by the crematorium, where we got a bit of a drenching, and then on to Moseley Cricket Club for the wake….this was the view from the pavilion shortly before we left…some young players were turning up for practice, leaving their kit bags around the pitch…fortunately the rain eased off.
