After The First Halting Run, Aylesford

Another back blip I'm afraid! Managed my first halting run since the ankle incident. It was a slow trot around the block, probably no more than ten minutes in total. Still, it was a run and I was grateful that I managed it. After most runs me and my brother share a can of Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia  with lots of ice. It's by far my favourite soft drink.
