Stick - with bird

Another blowy day today but it's been showery too and not that warm for July.  The male Linnet allowed me to get just close enough to take his portrait as he twittered at Mrs Linnet.    They're quite shy ground feeding birds, so I find them difficult to get that close to, so its always a bit of a result when I get close enough to take their portrait.
