Butterfly at rest....

Was hoping to visit a classic car show this morning but woke up feeling a bit off so decided against it.  

So a day of taking things pretty easy, although have done  a bit of apple thinning as the 2 apple trees are full of a bumper crop this year and the 'June Drop' doesn't appear to have taken place yet! I'll help nature on it's way!!

And a few flutterbies fluttering around the garden, despite the breeze today which is always nice to see - this one decided the lawn was the place to stop for a rest! Would like to say it's a new species with a green stripe down the side, but that's a blade of grass getting in the way!!
