Anti Bedroom Tax

A protest against the Bedroom Tax took place in Glasgow city-centre today. If you're not familiar, the proposal will affect an estimated 660,000 working-age social tenants - 31% of existing working-age housing benefit claimants in the social sector. From this angle, it's not fair, it's not just and it doesn't seem right. Meanwhile in 2012-13 food banks in the UK fed 346,992 people, 126,889 of whom were children. Things are going to get worse. It's time for a change.
