What I dug up

Our project to make vegetable beds in the lawn is moving on and I completed another one this morning. I made a pile of the half bricks I dug up, and I collected 6 buckets of smaller stones. The house was built in the 1930s and we are not sure if all the bricks date from then. We also pondered whether it could be associated with a filled-in air raid shelter, but don't know how we would find that out. Anyway, they are definitely better out than in :-)
