Abba Voyage

A fantastic day in London, starting with a visit to the Design Museum to see Ai Wei Wei's exhibition "Making Sense" including his version of Monet's Water Lily paintings, made from pieces of Lego. Then a trip to Canary Wharf, where the Adam's Place Bridge was colourful.

But one of the main reasons for our trip was the Abba Voyage show.  An incredible event, in which the latest AI technology created life-sized, perfectly believable 3D images of the band, "Abbatars," performing their hit songs in a purpose-built arena, with a live band and amazing light and sound effects. Truly astonishing. Photography during the show was, understandably, not allowed. This photo shows the arena just before the start.
