Checking da Trees

It was raining first thing, but soon dried.  A fine day, but cloudy and overcast, some sunny spells.  Fairly calm, a gentle breeze at times.

Up early, and a morning around the house.  Popped by Laura's on my way to work.  Late shift in the airport again, another busy day.  I've mostly been meeting and boarding flights.  Walkies with Sammy, then possibly a pint later. 

Mam wasn't home, but I nipped along to see how the trees were coming on.  Various ones out of the batch I planted earlier this year haven't survived, that's expected, but most seem to be doing good, just still really small.  This one's I planted a couple of years ago are really starting to look good, and some well over 5ft now (granddad's trees behind).  Taken in the Aith meadows, Cunningsburgh.
