Tea and biscuits

This was a very welcome sight after my colonoscopy this morning. Having gone over 24 hours without eating and 48 hours without a proper cup of tea I was very glad to have at least something to eat but I was hoping for something a bit more substantial than a packet of biscuits! Never mind I was soon home and have made up on drink and calories! Happily all was well with the colonoscopy thank goodness. That is a procedure I never want to repeat.
