Breakfast

It’s been a hard day today. I have a hospital procedure tomorrow (nothing to do with my knee!) and am having to fast today after 9 am. So this was my breakfast today, since then it’s just been drinks. It’s hard going! I will be glad when it’s over and I can get back to eating again!
