Digger Wasp...?

I'm not sure if this is a Digger Wasp but it's the closest thing I can identify.  I saw it this afternoon but couldn't get a shot of it and it was back this evening.

An early trip to Dalgety Bay to see a new job.  Home for lunch, did a bit of work then had to have a nap!  I must be getting old if I can't cope with a late night on a school night!

Cut the grass - or should I say dandelions...  The grass hasn't actually grown much in the last three weeks!
