Full frontal

JJ went to golf and I did a few chores around the house before sorting out the roses that had been battered by overnight rain.  I also took out a small hebe which was growing under a low growing Acer and seemingly not happily.

Washing out and dried, plus hosing down the large mat that sits at the conservatory door and takes quite a battering from messy shoes.  It's now drying over a chair on the patio.

I got a couple of nice shots of this bee and also a greenbottle and the underside of a female oil beetle.
