Rear view!

These gorgeous horses, which I have to admit I'm a tiny bit afraid of, are in the field opposite the house. Sometimes they just stand for a long time not moving and nearly always side by side or heads together. It's quite a sloping field so perhaps that's why they don't move a round a great deal.
I took this on the way down to the village hall. It was sewing group this afternoon,  but I went down early, to try and sort some of the mayhem I left on Saturday morning after the deluge of donations that arrived during the morning. I did a couple of hours clearing and sorting, followed by a couple of hours of social time with my lovely sewing friends. Conversation is never exhausted and we always come away having learned something from someone, not always, in fact not usually, about sewing!!
Tomorrow I have a day with Barry's parents with an early start.
