Brig o' Waithe

I had to turn out today on behalf of CM Taxis to pick up a fare from Stromness Pierhead.  The fare, and her pal Sally, were deep in conversation about chest hair and Immac.  I tried no to listen. 
 
On arriving back at HQ the Current Mrs Creel had made an excellent salad and pizza.  And Rhubarb Pie and Orkney Ice cream.  I gave my fare a full refund.
 
Later I went in past to see Davie.  No matter how perilous his health becomes he’s still very welcoming.  He’s been in hospital again.  The Macmillan nurse had just been round to see him and deliver medication to ease his suffering.  He’s not fit to withstand any chemo on offer.   He spoke very cogently.  And bravely.
