Monday (backblip)
F came back through Paris on her return to Canada and it was great to see her! Her plane should just about be landing as I type this. We had the sea bass that I picked up at the market for dinner and it was really nice (sort of sad to be discovering new, good things right up until the end...) Then we went down to the Latin quarter to see a documentary by Jean Eustache called "La rosière de Pessac" (1979). We took this photo just before, in the place de la Sorbonne. The extra is of a stained glass window in the little movie theatre. Made in 1894 and originally part of a theatre that has since disappeared called the Théâtre des Noctambules, it shows people enjoying the nearby Jardin du Luxembourg with the Panthéon in the background.
