Impressive School Art

This reproduction of a well known painting by Emily Carr, and its frame, were painted directly onto the cinder block wall of a local high school. It is quite large- about 2 meters high and over a meter wide. It was one of many reproductions of paintings by famous Canadian artists scattered throughout the hallways.
It seems that this was and art project for Senior Art students in order to make the school more colourful and inviting.

The extras are reproductions of-
1. Frederick Varley of the Group of Seven
2. E. J. Hughes
