Finally, exactly four weeks from a catastrophic breakdown on my way back from Millom https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3109988707910812110, I’ve managed make the necessary arrangements for a new car. All I can say is that my dealings with horrid, heinous Hyundai have been truly horrible and in the midst of all of this I have anecdotally learned that this is not an uncommon fault leading to total engine failure. It has raised so many things on many levels, and been so exhausting, time consuming and head mashing, but in the end I needed to get independently mobile again. This morning I went back to the dealer that B and I visited on Saturday morning and then went into town to the bank to try and sort the finances out.
