Brutal concrete

We took the bus in the other direction towards Prora. The site was where the 4.5 km Nazi built holiday camp was situated. Much of it is in a state of ruin but there is a youth hostel. It was close to the beach. The scale was incredible. It went on and on. 

The train back was full, not totally packed but most seats were occupied. At the end we had a wild Sunday shopping experience in a train station supermarket, to be avoided unless the cupboards are bare.
