Seaside
Since discovering the German seaside is a real place I have been keen to explore more. Our family live in the south as far from the sea as you can imagine.
After a buffet breakfast we set off to explore Sassnitz. The old ferry terminal was a modern looking structure, painted in bright colours. Lots of the old machinery was left standing having rusted into obsolescence. Old Sassnitz is very pretty but touristy. We then walked along through the first towards Königstuhl /throne/ kings chair for the literal. The white cliffs were like Dover but with forest around and the turquoise sea. A walkway has been made where you can walk out on top of the cliffs.
It's a lovely place but for out of season, I'm the summer it would be busy.
