woke at 5 and made myself a cuppa, fell asleep again till 8.30….. brekkie, zoom church and a little walk…..the strange thing is that i am quite light headed in the mornings, which gets better in the afternoon……
had a tiny snooze, kindle time and Elv picked me up to have dinner……i love to see the dogs drooling when the chicken gets carved…..

lots of cuddles with Frank today….he was so pleased to see me…..
