I smiled as I recalled the old childrens' reading books of the same name.

Our last full day in France and we all went out for lunch in Felines-Minervois (no cats were eaten in the making of this lunch). It was a ridiculously hot 42ºC, but as you might see from the sunlight through the bamboo roof we were in lovely shade.

I gather the weather at home has peaked. Of course. Down to 21ºC and tending towards rain by the weekend. It might be a delightful change...

Promise I won't put the heating on.
