Winnie the Pooh tea party

It has been my aim to walk to the postbox on the corner of Fairway Road to take a photo of this topper. But it's always seemed such a long way away. 10 to 15 minutes to walk normally, 45 minutes today for me on crutches.

I took Basil with me. He was very good, continually looking back to see where I was. I put him on the blue lead from the end of the jitty to the postbox, but let him go free on the way back.

I was red in the face on my return. I'm glad Len was at home to make me a cup of tea. Hot.
