I've had a busy day getting stuff done - putting anti-slip strips on my outdoor steps, dropping stuff off, doing piles of washing.... I took a couple of hours out to visit the river and the kestrel fledglings and, later, relaxed in the garden with a G&T and my fish 'n chip dinner :)
