Is it a prom? Is it a dance? No, it’s now called a summer formal but the dress code changed like a tsunami about a month ago to being informal which made for a rather large wardrobe crisis and ended up with an array of dress up and dress down but all gorgeous. What a lovely gang of girls on the brink of adulthood.
