Life in a Northern Town

Blipmeet

I met with the lovely Mindseye who went out of her way to bring me a gorgeous tea set that she was looking to re-home - I am very pleased to have it  - afternoon tea on fancy plates will be Blipped soon. We had a lovely chat, bacon sarnies and coffee. I always find Blippers feel like good friends you've known for years, even if you've never actually met in person - this was no exception. (It was windy - I don't have a Jackie Charlton....)

My first ever Blipmeet was here, it set the trend for discovering that Blippers are all such good people. For some reason my dog Lizie isn't in the picture but she was definitely there. Sadly, the dogs have gradually left us - first Polly, then Lizzie, then Buster, now Reggie, the lovely boy of  airedaleknitter. But it's wonderful to think that all the Blip dogs bring so much joy, not only to their families, but to their followers on here too, and they will all be remembered by many people.
