Pitmedden Wander

An afternoon stroll around Pitmedden Garden. A bit of cloud cover and a breeze did wonders to make it more pleasant. We discovered their orchard too, didn’t know that was open to the public. Kara had a little trail from the person in the gift shop and wrote down extra animals she saw and ‘anything else interesting’. Well, for a 3 year old the interesting list included a lion (statue), good stairs, sticks, moss and a water fountain.

Also got all the varnishing finished and the blinds back up. Now we have 2 working black out blinds after living with one that jammed half open until we had sorted the windows. It’s really dark in our room now surprisingly!
